CORAL REEF CONSERVATION

CORAL REEF CONSERVATION

BleachWatch Survey

The Beach Diver teams conduct regular reef surveys, assessing coral health, and providing data to the State of Florida Department of Environmental Protection. BleachWatch dives are essential to building and maintaining an active database for use by the scientific community in their battle against coral disease. The data also informs policymakers and others who guide state and local authorities in reef management issues.
